Please be aware that not all Newborn Care Specialist or Baby Nurses are created equal.   If the person you are interviewing does not know how to sleep train, deal effectively with reflux or the 'no cry' bathing method,  cannot set up an effective schedule or doesn't know how to calm a colic baby, you are interviewing someone who is not a qualified Newborn Care Specialist.  They may charge less, but finding a good Newborn Care Specialist is priceless!!

Each Baby Nurse or Newborn Care Specialist can supply a references, resume, CPR certification.
