Single Charts A - G

These charts are used daily to chart the feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, awake and fussy time of single newborns. There is also space for daily goals and suggestions.  You can click on a Chart or Log to see it enlarged.  The Log's are all 8 1/2 x 11" and you can print them on the quality of paper you desire.  Each chart has the same information and only the background changes.  These logs cover 2 - 3 days.

Hourly Charts H - I

You will love these charts if you have a sleeping, eating or scheduling problem.  You can use these charts to follow all of your babies activity during the day from 7 AM - 8 PM every 30 minutes.  You will use a different color marker for each time the baby is asleep, eating, awake time, crying,  or self soothing.  These charts cover a two week period.  After the first few days you will see a pattern emerge and that will help you determine the solution to your problem.  8 1/2 x 11

These logs are especially designed to accommodate twins.  You will use one page for one days feeding and activity.  You will be able to chart the times, breast or bottle feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, awake time, fussy time and there is a section for daily goals and suggestions.  8 1/2 x 11

These logs are specially designed for triplets.  You are able to get one day's schedule on each sheet.  You will be able to chart the times, breast or bottle feeding, sleeping, diaper changes, awake time, fussy time and there is a section for daily goals and suggestions.   8 1/2 x 11

Custom Logs

Gentle Ventures would love to design a chart specially for you.  This is great for a gift idea.  Send in a picture of your newborn, a friends  or clients and let us know what design you like. We do not do Montages, as in Design A.  We will insert one picture into the log and personalize it with baby's name at the top.  JPEG picture must be a large format to copy well.  1800 x 2700 pixels is a great.  Medium  pictures may work for pictures across the bottom or top, but will not be able to use them as background.  We only accept JPEG format.  This log will be returned to you in a PDF form and you may copy it as many times as necessary.   You may have a chart with up to 10 columns and as many rows as possible.  You can personalize it with what you want to chart.  You may choose a custom name for the chart.  The custom order will not be filled until the form has been filled out and payment has been submitted. 8 1/2 x 11.  If you would like 8 x 14 please give us a call.

MINOR CHANGES ONLY:  If you are an NCS you may want to have a log designed for you to use on any job. We can personalize it with your name if you choose.  Please let us know the letter of the chart you would like to use and wording you would like.   You can also choose the design we already have and make it a twins, triplet or single log.  Please fill out the form and we will calculate the charge and you will be sent a Pay Pal email request before I begin the work.

DUPLICATE COPY LOG: 

These logs are priceless for the Newborn Care Specialist or Newborn Nanny.  These are carbonless logs.  They will give you a copy of what you did each night to take home and keep on file.  A duplicate log has saved many a Specialist from legal issues.  You can record medications on the original and if a question should ever come up (or they say they lost it but they know you did not give the medication) you will have a copy in your file.  This is a wonderful way to protect yourself.   You may use the design you want but they only come in Black and White.  Add your company name, you phone number a quote you want.  We cannot do a color picture on the duplicate logs.  250 duplicate forms in 8 1/2 x 11.  This should last you 500 nights for singletons. 250 nights for twins/triplets. $50 + shipping.   We ship priority and it will take 2 days to reach you once we receive it back from the printer.  Turn around time:  7 days  If you would like  8 x 14 please call for prices.  Please fill out my form to submit your instructions
