We have a extensive list of available Newborn Care Specialists. All of the ladies from Arizona, Texas and most from California are certified through the Newborn Care Specialist Association.  We would strongly suggest that you request a Certified NCS. The Baby Nurse Directory will place an uncertified NCS if they have an excellent resume and there are no certified Specialists in your area.
